Collard Greens and Potatoes
Collard Greens are wonderful and healthy fall vegetable used primarily in Portugal, Brasil and the Southern United States. It’s has a fairly tough broad leaf that works extremely well in soups and stews because it doesn’t break down easily. It’s extremely healthy and can be considered as good or better than the popular Kale.
