#Asparagus #Risotto

What to make for Christmas Eve dinner? Hmmm, since we always pay some homage to our Italian roots we’ll be definitely preparing a meal without meat, a meal with seafood is on the agenda. Traditionally, we’re supposed to celebrate with the Feast of the Seven Fishes but that is way too elaborate… oh, we’ll be using more than one type of seafood, maybe not seven but definitely more than two types… Since we’ll be serving our traditional Baked Cavatelli on Christmas Day,  we might do a Risotto for Christmas Eve. We’re still trying to decide but right now but we’re listening very carefully as our recipe for Asparagus Risotto calls very loudly.
