The new year is upon us… back to work, back to school and ultimately back to the winter! Here’s a salute to my ancestral hometown of Scilla (in Reggio, Calabria, Italy). Originally intended for swordfish (a regional specialty) we decided to tr it with some yellow fin tuna, sole and shrimp. We present to you Pesce alla Maniera di Scilla or Seafood Cooked in the Scillese Way.
