Sweet Potatoes/Yams

Not only is this a holiday classic, it’s become a staple in our home. Sometimes we bake it on out Kamado BBQ, just to add a bit of apple-wood smoke flavor.

– Yams cubed and parboiled (unpeeled)
– Butter
– Olive oil
– Molasses
– natural brown sugar
– Lemon and/or Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
– salt
– ground black pepper

bake at 330F until heaven
(or bake on the BBQ, use Applewood or Cherrywood smokin’ chips – smoke ’em if you got ’em)
