Zio’s BBQ Dry Rub for Pork, Poultry and Fish

Zio James’ very own pork, poultry and fish BBQ dry rub.

Ingredients
4 brown sugar
2 paprika (smoked)
1 dried basil
1 dried oregano
1 sea salt
1/2 black pepper
1/2 dry mustard
1/2 garlic powder
1/2 onion powder
1/2 chili powder
1/4 cinnamon

Optional Ingredients
1/2 Turmeric
1 Mesquite (McCormick)
1 Smokehouse Maple (McCormick)
