Ah, the pizza… one of the perfect foods. Using our hybrid Pizza Napoletana Dough with our zesty Pizza Sauce (or even just ricotta and olive oil), it’s easy to make some delicious pizza! Here are some ideas… 

Classic Combinations
• Alla Norma – tomato sauce, ricotta salata, fried eggplant, fresh basil, olive oil
Bianca – ricotta, mozzarella, vidalia onion, yellow zucchini, fresh basil, olive oil
Bolognese – tomato sauce, mozzarella, ground beef, onion, fresh plum tomato, olive oil
Boscaiola – tomato sauce, mozzarella, cremini mushrooms, sausage, olive oil
Broccoli – tomato sauce, mozzarella, broccoli, olive oil
Caprese – cherry tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil, olive oil
Capricciosa  tomato sauce, mozzarella, cremini mushrooms, marinated artichokes, prosciutto (Italian ham), black ‘infornata’ olives (optional hard-boiled egg), olive oil
