Rapini and Einkorn Wheat Berries

The texture and inherent sweetness of the einkorn goes well with the tartness of the rapini, a wonderful combination of flavors. This is a melding of two recipes, with a small omission of flat-leaf parsley.
Einkorn – wheat berries (follow our recipe, but omit the flat-leaf parsley)
Rapini with Roasted Red Peppers (Rapini Arrosto con Peperoni Rossi)
1. Cook the einkorn as described in the linked recipe
2. Cook the rapini as described in the linked recipe
3. In a large bowl, or pot, fold the rapini and eincorn together.
