- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 lemon. juiced
- green onions (or chives), chopped
- 1/4 cup flour
- sesame seeds, white
- white pepper – to taste
- Salt and Pepper – to taste

- 4-6 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1/2 cup Chicken stock (try our homemade version)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Starch
- Rice
- Brown rice
- Egg noodles
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients for the sauce together and set aside, preheat oven to 400F.
2. Using a large bowl, sift the flour and mix with the salt and pepper. Dredge the chicken pieces with the mixture, coat evenly as possible.
3. Using a large cast-iron pan or skillet that can be used in an oven, preheat the avocado oil and sesame oil. Cook the chicken until golden.
4. Mix the sauce with the chicken, sprinkle with the sesame seeds and mix.
5. Place the cast iron pan into the oven and cook for about 20 minutes or so (when most of the liquid has been reduced).
6. Remove from oven, drizzle the lemon juice on top and let rest for a few minutes before serving over rice with steamed veggies.
7. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions (or chives)
Enjoy
