Pork Chops – Rosemary and Garlic

Using a few simple ingredients, a simple pork chop can turn into a superb savory serving. This quick and easy recipe is mouth watering and delicious. BTW, don’t be restricted to the inside, try cooking these on a coal fired grill!

Ingredients
4 pork chops
4 cloves garlic, crushed through press
4 tbsp olive oil
avocado oil (for searing the chops)
Fresh Rosemary, finely chopped
3/4  cup dry White wine (Pinot Grigio)
Coarse Salt
Black Pepper
flat-leaf parsley

Directions
1.Marinade the pork chops in white wine and 2 tbsp of olive oil for about 30-60 minutes

2. Combine the crushed garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, coarse salt and black pepper.

3. Remove the pork chops from the marinade, reserve the marinade. Coat the chops with the mixture garlic/rosemary mixture and let sit for an additional 30 minutes.

4. Sear the chops in a cast iron pan, preheat the oven to 350F.

5. Pour the reserved marinade into a baking pan, once the pork chops have been seared, place them in the pan.

6. Cook the chops for about 30-45 minutes turning once, in the last 10 minutes broil
