Pork Tenderloin – Grilled

Using the classic Italian flavorings of rosemary and fennel, we’ve created a wonderfully succulent grilled pork tenderloin.

Ingredients
pork tenderloin

Marinade
Red Wine
Red Balsamic vinegar
olive oil

Rub
Rosemary
fennel seeds
2-3 cloves garlic, smashed and crushed
olive oil
lemon juice
Salt and pepper – to taste
Peperoncino Fiocchi (hot pepper flakes) – optional

Reduction
Leftover Marinade
2 tbsp honey

Directions
1. Marinate pork for about 2-6 hours

2. Remove pork from marinade (save marinade) and let sit while you make the rub.

3. Rub the pork with the mixture and let sit as you heat up your grill.

4. Since pork tenderloins don’t tend to be too thick you can grill them around 300-350F.

5. Once grilled and slightly charred, remove

6. If you would like to create a nice little sauce to drizzle on the tenderloin, heat the reserved marinade with one or two tbsp of honey. Reduce about 50%
